On August 13, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that the FCC failed to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its current human exposure guidelines adequately protect the public against harmful effects of exposure to 5G, cell tower, cell phone and wireless technologies.
When the FCC decided that 1996 wireless safey limits could remain unchanged, the FCC omitted thousands of pages of scientific evidence showing harm and provided little explanation. Thus, the court ruled that the FCC failed to address impacts of long term wireless exposure, failed to address impacts to children, failed to address the testimony of people injured by wireless radiation, failed to address impacts to wildlife and the environment and failed to address impacts to the developing brain and reproduction.
