Dietary Requirements: If you have any particular dietary needs, your ticket must be booked up to no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Thereafter, we are unable to guarantee your needs can be accommodated.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. If needed you may transfer your purchase to another person, in which case you will need to contact us to confirm the name of the person your ticket has been transferred to.
Cheque payment: We are happy to accept cheque payment. Once payment has been cleared your ticket will be issued and your place confirmed. Please make cheques payable to Radiation Research Trust and send it to the following address. Please include an email address where your tickets can be emailed to on your behalf.
