We Submitted Evidence to Parliament’s Digital ID Inquiry – Join Us!

Protect your health, freedoms and privacy, add your voice to the Digital ID Inquiry today.

Today, the EM Radiation Research Trust formally submitted evidence to the Parliamentary Inquiry into Digital ID Systems (Home Affairs Select Committee).

Our submission strongly opposes the introduction of a mandatory digital ID (“BritCard”), highlighting serious risks to:

  • Public health – including interference with Active Implantable Medical Devices, the disabling effects for people with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), and potential carcinogenic risks from RF radiation.
  • Civil liberties and privacy – concerns over centralised personal data, surveillance, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Equality and legal rights – citing UK case law that confirms EMF-related health concerns cannot be dismissed solely on ICNIRP compliance, and the duty to provide reasonable accommodation.

We urge policymakers to prioritise health, safety, privacy, and transparency before implementing any system that could increase RF exposure or infringe on personal freedoms.

📢 Have your say
The Inquiry is open to evidence from individuals and organisations. If you share our concerns, we encourage you to submit your own evidence before the deadline.

🗓 Deadline: Thursday 21 August 2025
