Under legal pressure from Alerte Phonegate, the French National Frequency Agency (ANFR) has finally been forced to release the full test report for Apple’s iPhone 12. This technical document, completed in July 2022 by the German laboratory Cetecom Advanced, details the non-compliant Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) “limb” measurements (5.615 W/kg) that led to the phone’s withdrawal in 2023. Until now, it had remained confidential.

A “Quiet” Release After 1,500 Days of Opacity

It took more than 1,500 days since the device was sampled in-store in November 2021 for the administration to release this 63-page document. This publication occurred without any official communication from ANFR, which discreetly integrated the file into its DATA database late last week.

Ongoing Analysis of the Apple iPhone 12 Test

The Alerte Phonegate team is currently conducting a rigorous technical review of this report.

According to Dr. Marc Arazi, President of Alerte Phonegate:

“The fact that ANFR kept this report secret for over three years is an unacceptable admission of opacity regarding public health. We are analyzing every page to understand how this non-compliance was handled behind the scenes.”

The association will communicate the conclusions of its expertise shortly.
