IARC 2011: Entire RF/EMF Spectrum Classified as Possible Human Carcinogen

In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a sub-group of the World Health Organization, classified the entire RF/EMF spectrum as a “2B – Possible Human Carcinogen.” The decision reflected near-unanimous scientific consensus, with the vote 29 to 1. Subsequent studies have only strengthened these concerns:

  • ♦  The $30 million US National Toxicology Program (NTP) study and the Italian Ramazzini Institute ten-year research project independently found clear evidence of malignant tumours caused by RF radiation.
  • ♦  Both studies were conducted in separate countries by independent laboratories, producing parallel, consistent findings, reinforcing the validity of the results.
  • ♦  An external peer-review panel of 11 scientists praised the NTP study’s methodology, confirming clear evidence of carcinogenic activity.

Despite this, the UK Government is pushing ahead with 5G rollout, exposing the entire population to involuntary RF/EMF radiation.

Many leading doctors and scientists, including Professor Lennart Hardell (oncologist and epidemiologist), are calling for the IARC classification to be upgraded to Group 1 – Known Human Carcinogen.

This makes it clear: RF/EMF exposure is not harmless, and public protection measures are urgently needed.
