Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is seeking plaintiffs for lawsuits challenging WiFi in schools, and cell towers and small cells in residential neighborhoods.

Our litigation efforts aim to protect children and other vulnerable populations, including pregnant women and those suffering from electromagnetic sensitivity (EMS), from harmful levels of radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure.

To be a plaintiff in our case challenging WiFi in schools:

  • The child must be a junior in high school or younger.
  • The child must attend a school with WiFi access.
  • The child must suffer adverse health effects (EMS or other symptoms) from school WiFi exposure.

  • The family or family member must live near a cell tower or small cell.
