15 Years Ago – The Health Effects of Electromagnetic Fields

On November 18, 2010, the Commonwealth Club of California, under the leadership of Camilla Rees, Founder of ElectromagneticHealth.org, hosted a landmark program titled “The Health Effects of Electromagnetic Fields”. The event brought together leading international scientists, physicians, and advocates to discuss the human and environmental impacts of radiation from cell phones, cell towers, wireless technologies, and emerging utility technologies like Smart Meters.

The event highlighted research linking EMF exposure to DNA damage, cancer, neurological disorders, fertility issues, cognitive and behavioral effects, sleep disruption, and ecological harm. It featured in-depth presentations on EMF impacts on DNA, heart function, and the role of electrification in diseases of civilization, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and suicide.
