Scott has represented Children’s Health Defense’s EMR & Wireless Program since 2020 as chief litigation counsel, advancing health, individual liberties and environmental issues. He leads the legal effort for its 704 No MoreTM initiative; its legal efforts concerning new FCC proposed rules and bills in Congress seeking to further strip away remaining local rights; and Children’s Health Defense’s Stop 5G Initiative helping local communities challenge cell towers.
