Scientists, communities and organizations around the world are rising up, on January 25, 2020, to oppose 5G technology proposed on every street corner and in space. They argue this is untested technology which threatens our health, safety, privacy and security as well as the environment. Fiberoptic, wired and cabled technology are safer and offer more protection, better connection with much less risk.
The Stop 5G International organization, a voluntary group of people across the globe, is sponsoring 2 weeks of actions, from January 15-25, 2020 culminating on January 25, 2020. There are planned actions and outreach efforts in the United States, Europe and beyond to stop further deployments of 5G.
Scientists and Physicians Call for a Moratorium on 5G
Scientists and physicians have called for a moratorium on 5G with the launch of the 5G Appeal in 2017. They feel there is substantial evidence of adverse public health and environmental effects, along with the uncontested fact that there is little research on health or environmental effects of 5G technology, although research indicates there area adverse effects on skin and eyes. Similar to other toxins we are exposed to there is no premarket or post market testing or monitoring. Physicians for Safe Technology has endorsed a Stop 5G Open Letter to Medical Professionals Jan 1, 2020 calling for a moratorium 5G.
